Description of problem:
On RHEL4, upgraded to 7.2.0-0.9 and latest qpidc/qmf packages (0.3.724474-5.el4) and the master dumped.  Two core files were created on north-07 in the log dir:

-rw-------  1 condor condor 35938304 Dec  9 09:35 core.8372

This was an ABI issue with the qpidc dependency, compiled against an older version than was run against
