Not, I don't. I don't plan to submit an update before built of all packages. rel-eng ticket: https://fedorahosted.org/rel-eng/ticket/1213 But this is for F9, for F10 there is no need to do this hard way. I think all required packages are in stable (gammu, python-gammu) just wammu is missing.
