System-config-network breaks, when  creating new ipsec-connection.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start system-config-network
2. change to ipsec-tab
3. click on "new"
4. find error message...
Actual results:
error message (see enclosure)

Expected results:
creating ipsec tunnels
