Current error is:
 [% title = "Duplicate Attachment" %]
    Package already submitted to catalog:
    existing attachment with matching md5sum found.

Should be like this:

 [% title = "Duplicate Attachment" %]
    Package #id #name already submitted to the cert #id 
    in the catalog:
    existing attachment with matching md5sum found.
