Description of problem:
command not found

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-vfs-1.0.1-18.2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In terminal run system-config-network
2.In Network Configuration dialog,click Help->Content
  
Actual results:
command not found

Expected results:
Verify the Help content is opened in browser.User can see help content correctly
