patch to get scidavis building again

scidavis-0.1.3-2.fc10.i386 requires libpython2.5.so.1.0 in rawhide which no longer exists. It can't currently be rebuilt as the .sip file has inconsistencies in it from the perspective of the newer stricting sip parsing. Attached is a patch to the .sip which at least gets it to build again.

looks good in a scratch build, I'll take care of this in devel/rawhide.
