patch to tog-pegasus.spec file

Description of problem:
 These patches enable to compile tog-pegasus on sh4 architecture.
The tog-pegasus packages is needed for build dependency
(tog-pegasus,redhat-lsb -> clustermon -> lvm2) .

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 tog-pegasus-2.7.2-2

Well, SH is not supported architecture by Fedora and these patches also aren't accepted by OpenPegasus upstream. I don't think that it's good idea to maintain them separately in Fedora. Please ask upstream first to consider supporting SH in OpenPegasus.
