Created attachment 329401 [details] BT from irssi Description of problem: Open `irssi' join some fancy channels /Q newman /window show 3 /window move down Moving the "selected" splitted sub-window down/up (where applicable) causes crash. Attaching raw BT, some -debuginfos are missing but seems to me easy to reproduce anyway. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): irssi-0.8.12-11.fc10.i386 irssi-debuginfo-0.8.12-11.fc10.i386 How reproducible: always
Thanks - I'll check it with upsteam later today.
I wasn't able to reproduce this under x86_64. irssi-0.8.12-11.fc10.x86_64
What it does with irssi-0.8.12-13.fc11.x86_64 is that it "hides" the bottom split-window but not crashing. What does upstream said on this?
Nothing yet - but release candidate 1 for 0.8.13 is out, let me try to build it.
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=1267720 0.8.13-rc1 scratch build - can you test it?
Same results under x86_64 for me (irssi hides bottom split-window).
F10, i386, new pkgs: the sub-window is closed as was reported on F11-x86, comment #3. Can anyone confirm this is OK behavior? (Not much expected for me...)

Still segfaulting. What's the info from upstream?
Please try the latest from the testing repository. I did not check with upstream yet - I can't reproduce it. http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=111560
irssi-0.8.13-3.fc11.i586 still crashing. Upstream bug: http://bugs.irssi.org/index.php?do=details&task_id=661
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F11/FEDORA-2009-8243 Can you try the new version?
This message is a reminder that Fedora 10 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 30 (thirty) days from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 10. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as WONTFIX if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '10'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior to Fedora 10's end of life. Bug Reporter: Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we may not be able to fix it before Fedora 10 is end of life. If you would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against a later version of Fedora please change the 'version' of this bug to the applicable version. If you are unable to change the version, please add a comment here and someone will do it for you. Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes bugs or makes them obsolete. The process we are following is described here: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/HouseKeeping
