Description of problem: On a fedora-10 ltsp setup, logins from slower clients are flakey. One of the symptoms is this message in /var/log/messages: Jan 21 10:35:22 sol gnome-session[20599]: WARNING: Application 'libcanberra-login-sound.desktop' failed to register before timeout A google search indicates that this might be fixed upstream? https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libcanberra/+bug/276072 Is there an update pending for fedora? Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): libcanberra-0.10-2.fc10.x86_64 How reproducible: not 100%, seems to depend on the client. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login from diskless ltsp client 2. 3. Actual results: /var/log/messages: Jan 21 10:35:22 sol gnome-session[20599]: WARNING: Application 'libcanberra-login-sound.desktop' failed to register before timeout Login fails or nautilus fails to show icons Expected results: Successful login from diskless clients Additional info: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libcanberra/+bug/276072
