Description Michal Jaegermann 2009-01-21 20:51:08 EST
Description of problem:

yum produces somethings like this:

  Updating       : policycoreutils                                       80/164
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.InKKoP: line 2: /usr/bin/sepolgen-ifgen: No such file or directory

A postinstall package scripts does this:

[ -f /usr/share/selinux/devel/include/build.conf ] && /usr/bin/sepolgen-ifgen

with the first file supplied by selinux-policy and "No such ..." on the second one. Running 'yum install /usr/bin/sepolgen-ifgen' shows this it belongs to policycoreutils-python but nothing forces an installation of this one.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Comment 1 Daniel Walsh 2009-01-22 15:24:36 EST
[ -f /usr/share/selinux/devel/include/build.conf ] && /usr/bin/sepolgen-ifgen

Needs to be moved to the post install of the policycoreutils-python package.

Fixed in policycoreutils-2.0.61-5
