Description Victoria Earl 2009-01-21 23:00:44 EST
Description of problem:
Lexmark 7600 series printer does not work in any way. Printer is networked on a Windows machine.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Unsure what may be causing the problem. May be the printer itself, may be networking the printer over SAMBA. Perfect reproduction requires Lexmark 7600 series All in One printer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up Lexmark 7600 series printer as network printer on Windows machine
2. System > Administration > Printing
3. Create New Printer
4. Select Windows Printer via SAMBA and follow new printer instructions
5. Several drivers tried, Lexmark > 7000 driver will do fine
6. Print test page
Actual results:
No output or, possibly, spitting out a blank page.

Expected results:
Print test page.

As far as I have been able to discover there is no Linux driver for this model, free or otherwise.
