Description Suzanne Hillman 2009-02-03 20:06:05 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #483830 +++

Tool needed to automate setup of wacom tablets in X. There is no such tool, and said set up is rather tedious to do.

Personally I have had no luck in getting wacom set up on Fedora 12. What's more, reading through the web postings there are a LOT of people with same problem.

Here is screencast of GIMP seeing my wacom but Fedora12 shows no other signs of 'seeing' my tablet.

here's the video on youtube:

(I won't go into the failure of Fedora12 to recognize my tablet PC, compaq tc4400, as a tablet computer.)
