useradd does not set ownership correctly when creating new user with UID=4294967295

Description of problem:
useradd has problems when creating new user with UID=4294967295, but has no problems when creating new user with UID which is smaller.

# useradd -u 4294967295 biguser5
# ls -ld /home/biguser5
drwx------ 2 root root 4096 Feb 4 08:27 /home/biguser5
# ls -l /var/spool/mail/biguser5
-rw-rw---- 1 root mail 0 Feb 4 08:27 /var/spool/mail/biguser5
# userdel -r biguser5
userdel: warning: /var/spool/mail/biguser5 not owned by biguser5, not removing
userdel: /home/biguser5 not owned by biguser5, not removing
# echo $?
# useradd -u 4294967294 biguser4
# ls -ld /home/biguser4
drwx------ 2 biguser4 biguser4 4096 Feb 4 08:26 /home/biguser4
# ls -l /var/spool/mail/biguser4
-rw-rw---- 1 biguser4 mail 0 Feb 4 08:26 /var/spool/mail/biguser4
# userdel -r biguser4
# echo $?
