Description of problem:

  file /usr/share/libtool/config/config.guess from install of libtool-ltdl-2.2.6-6.fc11.x86_64 conflicts with file from package libtool-2.2.6-5.fc11.x86_64
  file /usr/share/libtool/config/config.sub from install of libtool-ltdl-2.2.6-6.fc11.x86_64 conflicts with file from package libtool-2.2.6-5.fc11.x86_64
  file /usr/share/libtool/config/config.guess from install of libtool-ltdl-2.2.6-6.fc11.i386 conflicts with file from package libtool-2.2.6-5.fc11.x86_64
  file /usr/share/libtool/config/config.sub from install of libtool-ltdl-2.2.6-6.fc11.i386 conflicts with file from package libtool-2.2.6-5.fc11.x86_64

Fairly sure config.* shouldn't be in the -ltdl package.
