Patch to fix MeetMe conference crashes

There is a bug in Fedora's current version of Asterisk where MeetMe conferences can crash when the DAHDI pseudo channel is subscribed to a context:

This will be fixed (for F10) when the asterisk-220.127.116.11 is built as the issue is resolved upstream.
asterisk-18.104.22.168-1.fc10 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 10.
asterisk-22.214.171.124-1.fc10 has been pushed to the Fedora 10 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
