Description of problem:
htmldoc is not found in EPEL


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

htmldoc-1.8.27-6 builds on EL-5 in mock without issues. 

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Use an Enterprise Linux.  
2. Try to install htmldoc through EPEL.
  
Actual results:
Not found

Expected results:
It will install

Additional info:

I built htmldoc-1.8.27-6 (from f9) in mock on EL-5 without any modifications.  I haven't triedit on EL-4, but if it works, I'd like it there too. 


If the Fedora maintainer is too busy or does not participate in EPEL, I will be happy to maintain it for EPEL.

Should be built for EL-4 and EL-5.
