Comment 3 Nils Philippsen 2009-02-16 09:02:46 EST
Do you have SELinux enabled and enforcing? If yes, please try if the issue persists if you temporarily make it permissive ("setenforce 0" as root).
Comment 4 Adrin Jalali 2009-02-16 09:15:18 EST
no the SELinix in not in enforcing mode and is in permissive mode.
Comment 5 Adrin Jalali 2009-02-16 09:18:18 EST

python-slip-dbus-0.1.15-1.fc10.noarch
dbus-1.2.4-2.fc10.x86_64
dbus-python-0.83.0-3.fc10.x86_64
samba-3.2.8-0.26.fc10.x86_64
samba-common-3.2.8-0.26.fc10.x86_64

samba-client-3.2.8-0.26.fc10.x86_64

and the system-config-samba works well with normal user. I don't know which package was responsible for the problem.
