in the build section this's no longer true:
#make %{?_smp_mflags}
# FIXME: docs building doesn't work with smp yet
make ERROR_CFLAGS="" LIBTOOL="%{_bindir}/libtool"

so you can build now with
make %{?_smp_mflags}
