Description of problem:
Several correct handle whois lookups are missing, see the listing below.

How reproducible:
Everytime.
  
Actual and expected results:
Add the following line in /etc/jwhois.conf at the end of handles { }:
  ".*-IRNIC$" = "whois.nic.ir";
afterwards, "whois ss57-irnic" works as expected

Add the following line in /etc/jwhois.conf at the end of handles { }:
  ".*-RIPN$" = "whois.ripn.net";
afterwards, "whois RUCENTER-REG-RIPN" works as expected

Add the following line in /etc/jwhois.conf at the end of handles { }:
  ".*-AFRINIC$" = "whois.afrinic.net";
afterwards, "whois ORG-AFNC1-AFRINIC" works as expected

Add the following blocks in /etc/jwhois.conf at the end of handles { }:
  "^C[0-9]+-LRMS$" {
          whois-server = "whois.afilias.info";
          query-format = "CONTACT ID $*";
  }
  "^D[0-9]+-LRMS$" {
          whois-server = "whois.afilias.info";
          query-format = "DOMAIN ID $*";
  }
  "^H[0-9]+-LRMS$" {
          whois-server = "whois.afilias.info";
          query-format = "HOST ID $*";
  }
  "^R[0-9]+-LRMS$" {
          whois-server = "whois.afilias.info";
          query-format = "REGISTRAR ID $*";
  }
afterwards, "whois R145-LRMS", "whois C45417-LRMS" and "whois D217-LRMS" work 
as expected.

Add the following line in /etc/jwhois.conf at the end of handles { }:
  ".*-KENIC$" = "whois.kenic.or.ke";
afterwards, "whois KE-KNIC-KENIC" works as expected

Add the following line in /etc/jwhois.conf at the end of handles { }:
  ".*-UANIC$" = "whois.com.ua";
afterwards, "whois NIC-UANIC" works as expected

Add the following block in /etc/jwhois.conf at the end of handles { }:
  ".*-COOP$" {
          whois-server = "whois.nic.coop";
          query-format = "CONTACT $*";
  };
afterwards, "whois 61584C-COOP" works as expected

Additional info:
Please try to get this fix upstream - upstream is unluckily always very very
unresponsive to me.
