Description of problem:

Both channel created and channel updated messages are displayed when you create a a new channel.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite-5.3.0-RHEL5-re20090227.1-i386-embedded-oracle.iso

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.login to the satellite.
2.navigate to channels->manage software channels->create new channel
3.Enter all the required fields.
4.click create channel.
  
Actual results:
Channel x created.
Channel x updated.

Expected results:
only Channel x created. when you first create the channel.
