Description of problem:
The chinese,japanese and korean characters in title of the web page is not displayed correctly.They are replaced by question marks.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
seamonkey-1.0.9-0.29.el2

How reproducible:
alway.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load http://www.baidu.com
2.Select View | Character Coding | Auto-Detect | Chinese .

  
Actual results:
The title of seamonkey display "??-?????????"

Expected results:
The title of seamonkey display "搜狐-中国最大的门户网站"

Additional info:
It is same situation if you visit japanese or korean websites.

This won't be ever fixed for RHEL2.1, which support covers now only extreme security.

Closing as WONTFIX.
