The concept is to embed a hook into the BZ3.2 show_bug template to include the hwcert specific information leaving the original form as is.  (This may need to be broken down further into multiple bugs).

The new testplan infrastucture needs to be hardware class centric and not test centric as it is today.

It will need to support multiple tests for a single device and base it's entry on a standardized RH spec format which is then processed into a testplan using either a shared requirements by class file with hts or utilize hts plan engine directly.

In addition the results need to be processed not from results tables but from locations in results.xml files.
