Description of problem:
memtest 2.10 is old, should replace with memtest 2.11 for additional chipset support

1.boot fedora live CD
2.select memtest
3.observe version
  
Actual results:
version is old.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 11 development cycle.
Changing version to '11'.

We've got memtest86+ 4.00 in rawhide and f12(to-be) and f11 updates-testing.
