Package audit-libs-devel appears to have a dependency on audit-libs, not arch specific, and yum-builddep therefore occasionally will try to pull in audit-libs.i?86 instead of audit-libs.x86_64; it was suggested to me on fedora-devel-list that making the require be on %{name}-%{version}%{isa} might help.
