Description of problem:
Can not print calendar/contact/email to document as expected in Evolution.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Packages Tested: evolution-1.4.5-25.el3.X86_64.rpm(zh_CN)
Archs Covered: RHEL-3 - x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a mail/contact/calendar
2. Click print, and select 'Create a PDF document'.
3. Open the saved print document.
  
Actual results:
It is not printed as 'print preview'
For email, refer to attachment actual-email
For calendar, refer to attachment actual-calendar
For contact, refer to attachment actual-contact

Expected results:
It is printed the same with 'print preview'
For email, refer to attachment expect-email
For calendar, refer to attachment expect-calendar
For contact, refer to attachment expect-contact
