patch to allow qpidc to build in rawhide against gcc 4.4

Description of problem:
With gcc 4.4 even more include files aren't implicitly included, so qpidc didn't get rebuilt yet with gcc 4.4

Patch attached to fix as acls are closed

qpidc is now building fine under rawhide: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=94377

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 11 development cycle.
Changing version to '11'.
