Description of problem: On Windows vista enrolling a new blank card through security officer station throws insert a smart card dialog at the end of the enrollment. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): CS8.0 How reproducible: Intermittent Steps to Reproduce: 1. When Security Officer card is present, in Security Officer station select enroll new card. 2. Insert an new blank card and enter user name and continue 3. User's information is shown and continue 4. Enter token password and user password and start enrollment Actual results: "Insert a smart card dialog" appears. Expected results: Enrollment complete dialog should be shown. Additional info: Closing the "Insert a smart card" dialog proceeds with the Enrollment is complete message.
