SELinux is complaining about some stuff DeviceKit-power tries to do. I will attach the logs.

restorecon -R -v /var/lib

Should fix.  Did these directories get removed and recreated?

I have put fixes in selinux-policy-3.6.9-2 to fix this in the future.
