rhn_register, traceback with deactivated user

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. webUI: log in with corporate type user
2. webUI: create user psklnarqano
3. system: register system with this user
4. webUI > deactivete user psklenarqano
5. system: rhn_register
Actual results:

if you register with this deactivated user on another machine it fails too
