Description of problem:
Need updated Python and dbus-1 python

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Need Python to be updated from version 2.4 to 2.5 and dbus-1 python to release 0.83 or later

Actual results:

Expected results:

Additional info:
The updated version of Python and the Python-dbus functionality is at the core of our Reliability Availabity and Supportability (RAS) enhancements for Integrity and scale-up x86 Linux servers. The functionality will be supported on SLES 11 and would put RHEL 5 at a disadvantage to SLES on these servers.

We aren't going to do a major update of python within RHEL-5 (that would be a major breaking change).
