2.7. Testing Your Access
This section may no longer need.

New Testing Your Access
After 'Create a Bugzilla account', new section can be added.
Go to Tx, submit Test module via authentication process.
This may need to create Test module in Tx for this purpose.

2.10 Check List
This section may be redundant.

I do think so. If new translator followed the instructions, there is a very small chance she/he missed something. And if she/he do, some of them will be obvious to her/him (e.g. FAS will tell that a GPG/SSH key is missing and won't let go on) or will not have any impact (really every translator needs Bugzilla account?

Let's remove this section.
However it is good practice to have Bugzilla account, so that any improvement request (e.g. software package string) can be submitted by translator.

Removed.

Sure, so Bugzilla account creation step stays. If someone doesn't do this, no big deal, but it's still useful.
