With the new 100% label, the input volume slider gets shifted up and cut off.

This is definitely a GTK+ bug. The marks aren't getting redrawn/removed when switching between an input that supports amplified input, and one that doesn't.

Oh, I think I fixed this in the meantime (both in GTK+ and in gnome-media)
