Description of problem:
I see following denial in logfile:
dbus: avc:  denied  { acquire_svc } for service=org.gnome.Tomboy spid=3953 scontext=unconfined_u:unconfined_r:unconfined_mono_t:s0-s0:c0.c1023 tcontext=unconfined_u:unconfined_r:unconfined_t:s0-s0:c0.c1023 tclass=dbus

PID 3965 is Tomboy:
tomek     3953  0.4  4.9 145648 31328 ?        Sl   14:39   0:05 mono /usr/lib/tomboy/Tomboy.exe --panel-applet --oaf-activate-iid=OAFIID:TomboyApplet_Factory --oaf-ior-fd=34
