One problem is /etc/rc.d/init.d/atd is labeled wrong. Did you modify this file?

run restorecon -R -v /etc/rc.d/init.d

matchpathcon /etc/rc.d/init.d/atd
/etc/rc.d/init.d/atd	system_u:object_r:crond_initrc_exec_t:s0

Also this directory is labeled incorrectly

restorecon -R -v /usr/lib64/pm-utils

Should be bin_t

Will add policy for devicekit_disk

Fixed in selinux-policy-3.6.12-2.fc11.noarch

This is an upgrade from F10 to rawhide. I relabelled nothing.
Comment 4 Daniel Walsh 2009-04-08 11:50:23 EDT
Strange the upgrade should have fixed the labeling.

I would do a fixfiles restore to make sure everything is labeled correctly.
