Description of problem:
Currently you get a generic error message (or in the case of typing in the card password wrong no message!)

How reproducible:
Always 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to reset the pin to something either too long or too short as specified in the tps config file.

Actual results:
Generic or no error message. 

Expected results:
Helpful message as the information is in the tps-error.log
