Description of problem:
The short-cuts for "Resolution", "Refresh Rate" and "Rotation" do not work.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.25.3-5

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start the application i.e. gnome-display-properties
2.Press the key combination for the the short cut i.e. Alt+R for resolution.
  
Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
The focus should be set to the associated field.

Additional info:
If started from a terminal the following is printed: "Gtk-WARNING **: Couldn't find a target for a mnemonic activation".
