When trying to start gnome-power-manager outside of GNOME (ie, fluxbox, xmonad, etc) you receive the following error.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run fluxbox
2. run gnome-power-manager

Can you try installing https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F11/FEDORA-2009-5740. If it fixes things, please report that as positive karma for the update. Thanks.
