Provide means to determine if Session object refers to a valid session

Specifically whether the shared pointer to SessionImpl is valid.

Patch that adds an isValid() method and a simple test that verifies that it returns true for a valid session and false for an invalid one.
Fixed on trunk as r773535. Patch attached would fix it for revision 1.1.1 is based on.

Attached test should compile and when run against a broker should report:
session is not valid...
session is now valid
The feature Session.isValid() call implemented and working as expected on RHEL 5.3 i386 / x86_64 on packages qpid*-0.5.752581-9.el5.
