Description of problem:
installation should be totally localized after one language is selected

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
anaconda11.5.0.38

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start a new install with Fedora-11-Beta-i386-DVD
2.after anaconda starts, select language such as "Chinese(Traditional)" to continue
3.with all default selection,go to partitioning
4.we will find some words are Chinese and some are English.See attached images for more details.

This is fixed in anaconda-11.5.0.49-1, at the latest.  Thanks for the bug report.
