Description of problem: when querying bugs, UnicodeEncodeError traceback appears.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. bugzilla query --blocked=493593

Actual results:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/bugzilla", line 521, in <module>
  File "/usr/bin/bugzilla", line 485, in main
    print b
UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\u010d' in position 34: ordinal not in range(128)

Expected results:
List of bugs.

Additional info:
It's fixed in F11 version (python-bugzilla-0.5.1-2.fc11), please backport to F10. Thanks.

Oh, I've found python-bugzilla-0.5.1-2.fc10 in Koji and it fixes this issue. Feel free to close once in updates. Thanks.
