Description of problem:
intltool-debuginfo is empty but it should not be generated at all. intltool package doesn't contain ELF objects (only scripts and text files).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
intltool-debuginfo-0.35.0-2.i386.rpm

1. rpm -qpl intltool-debuginfo-0.35.0-2.i386.rpm

No -debuginfo package is generated

This bug/component is not included in scope for RHEL-5.11.0 which is the last RHEL5 minor release. This Bugzilla will soon be CLOSED as WONTFIX (at the end of RHEL5.11 development phase (Apr 22, 2014)).
