 'Open Containing Folder' opens 'Launch Application' dialog

Description of problem:

Firefox's 'Open Containing Folder' opens 'Launch Application' dialog instead of the containing folder.

How reproducible:

1) Download something
2) In Firefox's Downloads Window, right click on the filename and choose 'Open Containing Folder'
3 Firefox mistakenly opens the 'Launch Application' dialog instead of the actual containing folder.
