530, 5/21 build
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a kickstart distribution
2. After creation, change its base channel
This issue has been fixed in e140b3721dc03b0a802c418c0b06dc6ac9e80e08. It won't make the May 28 th Iso but will be available in the next..
Basically the code did not account for the possibility of a xen distro being null (as in a Rhel4 distro or custom distros not using xen so having a null value for xen) and so while saving the distro encountered a null pointer..
VERIFIED on 6/5 build.
Release Pending. https://test1182.test.redhat.com/rhn/kickstart/TreeEdit.do which is: Satellite-5.3.0-RHEL5-re20090724.0-x86_64-embedded-oracle
