I have a problem with Gimp 2.6.6. I use gimp 5 min and Xorg use 100% of processor. my version of xorg: Build ID: xorg-x11-server 1.6.1.901-1.fc11 and my graphic card is 01:05.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon 2100 Glxgear --fullscreen no problem memtest no problem
As this is Xorg which is spinning with 100% CPU, I'll change the component.

Users who have experienced this problem are encouraged to upgrade their system to the latest version of their packages.
