Description of problem:

".00" won't be added, after clicking the "Number Format:Currency" icon with gold coin on the object bar in RHEL5 Client x86_64(ja_JP).

openoffice.org-2.3.0-6.11.el5

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch the oocalc
2.Input some numbers into cells(one cell,one number,e.g.4), then select one cell or range of cells with numbers
3.Click the "Number Format:Currency" icon with gold coin on the object bar.
  
Actual results:
￥4

Expected results:
￥4.00
