Description of problem:

I'm trying to install F11 on a fake raid0 created by Intel 82801 SATA RAID Controller.

In the anaconda installation, If I select the default "Replace existing Linux system" option and click next, I get a "Error opening /dev/sdc: No medium found" exception which is similar to bug 495433. If I select "Create custom layout", I get a "invalid literal for int() with base 10: 'e'" exception.

My partition is listed in the following. The partition is first created in Vista. And then the Stripe5-8 are created using gparted.

Disk /dev/mapper/isw_ebbbfcggjg_Stripe: 1000.2 GB, 1000210432000 bytes

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this, this is fixed by the following commit:
http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=anaconda.git;a=commitdiff;h=ec9e957f3425e37cff34722cb6d10378bf454bee

Which will be part of anaconda-12.12, which may or may not be part of the Fedora 12 alpha (it will be part of the beta and the final release).

Regards,

Hans
