This is probably an upstream issue, but I didn't see an upstream BRS so I'll file this here so other Fedora users can reference it until there is a release that fixes it. There is a problem with the CreateInterface tool's processing of XML files. I believe this was probably introduced in F11 since I believe it was working in F10. It appears as if CreateInterface is appending an extra "-spec" to the URL of the DTD, since processing results in the following error: Exception in thread "main" java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://standards.freedesktop.org/dbus/1.0/introspect.dtd-spec The actual URL as found in the XML file and the freedesktop site is: http://standards.freedesktop.org/dbus/1.0/introspect.dtd A temporary workaround is to remove the DOCTYPE node from your XML. This turns off validation but results in a working output as long as your document is well formed.

Fedora 13 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2011-06-25. Fedora 13 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
