Description of problem:
If I start fceultra from gfceu to play a game, I have no sound no matter if 'enable sound' checkbox is set or not. But if I start fceultra from command line with the very same additional parameters, sound is fine. The parameters are:
-opengl 1 -openglip 1 -doublebuf 1 -sound 1 -soundvol 100 -soundq 1 -soundrate 96000 -special 3
