Input the command "virt-manager --help" in the terminal.There will be a error message poping up:
Error starting Virtual Machine Manager:0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Input "man virt-manager" command in the terminal.There will be options about "virt-manager -help"
2.Input "virt-manager -help" command in the terminal.

  
Actual results:
There will be a error message poping up:

Expected results:
There will be some help information displayed.

This is a regression (though a minor one), so we should fix it for 5.4.
