Seeing these on our F10 web server:

ulimit4.sh is from mediawiki-nomath:
# rpm -qf /usr/share/mediawiki/bin/ulimit4.sh

I think you are going to have to add this as a local customization.  I do not want to give all apache processes the ability to change their resource limits.
